Subterranean Homesick Blues

Postby heyjude65 » Tue May 14, 2002 2:36 pm

Hi all

Glad to see the Macca Forum back in rare form. Enjoying all the new posts.

I have a question, which I'm sure some of you PHD Beatlemaniacs out there can help me with. I was downloading some bootleg stuff and came across a song called Subterranean Homesick Blues. There was no info attached with the song and I was just wondering what background info any of you could provide on it. I love the driving beat in it, but can't quite make out the lyrics.

The only 'Subterranean Homesick Blues' I know is by Bob Dylan.

Hi Megs

You mean they did a duet together? What little info was offered with this bootleg said that it was John with Ringo on drums. No mention of Dylan. I hear John's voice in it, but I'll have to have another listen to see if I hear Dylan. Thanks for the info.[8D]
