Oh great. So this one sucks as well. I am a Beatle fan but what the hell is Paul's problem?

WHO WANTS TO WATCH PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT HOW THEY LIKE PAUL?

Same old crap. I will pass on this one.

Now The Concert for George. THAT IS A CONCERT DVD!!!

I agree. I've just seen it. Great performances but horrible sound and stupid interruptions. Pants!

I have faith that he will have a great comeback. Paul has always been a good showman and a crowd pleaser. DVD's are a new trend, as in trying it out to see what the reaction will be from his fan base. Surely your comments will be heard.

What is weird is that Chaos and Creation at Abbey Road special was perfect- it was all performance all the way, minimal crowd reaction.

Cavern concert was well done too.

What I wonder: why can't Paul attract a major (or at least serious) filmmaker (ala the Band's Last Waltz) to direct one of these?

Yes as was Rock Show. I can't believe all the shots of talking heads saying how they like Paul. I don't need to be conviced. Maybe if there was a DVD of an actual full McCartney concert then other people would be conviced as well.

Not just because Alec Baldwin or Clinton says so.

hate to admit it...but this is the first product by paulie that i'm going to take a pass on. i own too many concert dvd's by him that show fan reaction shots and celebrity testiminials. they don't have to convince me. if you own the damn concert dvd...you're already a fan.
I want to tell her that I love her a lot, but I got to get a belly full of wine.

I think Paul should fire Mark Haefeli, 'cause that guy made the same movie three times and it's gotten tiresome...
