Paperback Writer wrote:2. I Want To Hold Your Hand is actually two versions blended together, the original and the Hollywood Bowl live version, screams and all.

Supposedly that effect is even more prominent in the 5.1 mix, with the studio version up front and the instruments from the live version backing things up from behind.

LOVE debuted at #4 on the U.S. Billboard album charts. It sold 272,000 copies, which most weeks would be enough for a #1 finish. Jay-Z came in at #1 with 680,000 copies sold. Former American Idol finalist Chris Daughtry came in 2nd place with 304,000 copies, and NOW 23 came in at #3 with 289,000 copies sold. On a side note, Oasis's greatest hits debuted at #89 with a whopping 18,000 copies!!

I only just realised today that the Lucy In The Sky... opening riff was different! I was listening, and I thought "hang on...", then i put the original on and...lo and behold! it was not the same as the Love version.

So, this album keeps throwing up surprises!
