NITO--forgot about that song. Very nice--"Reflections". Sounded very Beatlely...

how about BADFINGER? Paul had them follow the demo exactly and guaranteed them a hit--they did and it was. I LOVE that song and was so glad it was on the last Anthology.

Yeah, Badfinger, an Apple´s son introduced by Mal Evans to The Beatles... I remmember well "No Matter"... They were a promise, but they had a tragical end, hadn´t??

Peace.

Good 'ol Donny had a short-lived talk show with his sister, 'Donny & Marie', here in the States a couple years back. Donny has done some work on Broadway, I believe.

Steve--I know what you mean. Come and Get It is one of my favorite McCartney compositions of all time. Badfinger was a great group in their own right though. Great songwriters. Just too bad they had a very tragic story.

Very tragic. How sad. One of the former members used to work with my brother at a record dist house here in town. Kept to himself and didn't like to talk much.

To be fair, I like some of the Stones ballads, like Angie and Waiting on a Friend. But his solo work is ABYSMAL!~!!!!!!

LOL - Yeah Steve!! ABYSMAL is good!!
Sincerly, "Angie" has good arrangement and orchestration(Nicky Hopkins on piano, wonderful!!), but even on this song, I can´t stand to hear Mr.Jagger´s voice twice in sequence.

Peace.
