I think Walls and Bridges is one of my favorite John albums, ranking up with Imagine. I just can't get enough of Nobody Loves You (When You're Down and Out). He also went off into his bread baking on a high point (if you don't count Rock n Roll).

I like May Pang, too. She seems very nice. I've have her book and have seen her interviewed on TV. If John hadn't been so insecure and had any sense, he should have kept that woman.

Double Fanasy/Milk & Honey - scrap Yoko's songs, put all of John's together, and you have a brilliant album!

"Sometime In NYC" disc 1 is a very political activist album, that´s more a panmphletary miscelanious of that politic moment like Women´s Lib, the prision of activist John Sinclair, "Tricky Dick" Nixon´s China visit, Ireland question, Attica´s massacre, etc. etc... Musically(especially for Yoko´s remarkable presence)the album really don´t rock to me, even John I think couldn´t raise so much the album level... But the live concert at the Fillmore East on disc 2 is interesting just for the Frank Zappa´s presence.

Although "SINYC" has its worth for showing historic pannel of that age, John even said himself that he overtook in some stuffs and had things that he shouldn't get close he would say later.

The album SINYC confirms John's mastery of being a chameleon. He can be the leftist of all the leftists and he can also be as meek as the pope. Was it in this album that he sang THE POPE SMOKES DOPE?

From WAB I ever like to hear "Nr. 9 Dream", beautiful melody!!!
Any references to "Revolution 9" on this song?? Why "Nr.9" dream??
Though I know and like this song for so many years I still don't know what that means, anyone knows??
