Of course I know that won NOTHING!![:p]
But some "intelectual" people that time said that was a kind of "avant-garde" art cover... that was only to LAUGH I think!!!LOL[:D]

About that cover, I recalled of Imagine documentary, when the cartoonist Al Capp was discussing with John and Yoko in their "Bed-In" about that photo, and how Capp was disgusted with such cover...I think that was hilarious John replying him, that was memorable scene!!
