Off the top of my head, here are my top ten all time movies, no partucular order:

Dr Strangelove (Or How I Sopped Worrying and Loved the Bomb)
Goodfellas
Where Eagles Dare
The Naked Gun
THe Godfather part II
Blade Runner
The Outlaw Josey Wales
The Great Race
Life of Brian
Lost in Translation

Then and there one knows that he or she is a "movie buff"

(I guess it's an alternative to "movie lover")

I was checking a list with top 100 best movies of all time the other day and realized I have watched only about 20 of them so far !
