Off the top of my head, in no particular order, some live albums I really enjoy are:

"Delicate Sound Of Thunder" by Pink Floyd
"Rush In Rio" by Rush
"Thorogood Live" by George Thorogood & The Destroyers

In no particular order:

Cream - Wheels of Fire - Second Disc
Bruce Springsteen and the E-Street Band - Live 1975-1985
James Brown - Live at the Apollo
Van Morrison - It's Too Late to Stop Now

Honorable mention:

Aretha Franklin - Live at the Fillmore West
Lyle Lovett - Live in Texas
Talking Heads - Stop Making Sense
Otis Redding - Live at the Whisky a Go-Go
Paul Simon - Concert in the Park
And in the end...

I agree with many of the choices here, I'll throw these five into the ring:

Live At the Fillmore - Allman Brothers Band
Europe 72 - Grateful Dead
Live At the Harlem Square Club - Sam Cooke
Rock of Ages - The Band
Live At the Paramount - Guess Who

One sweet dream came true today!"
