GREATEST MULTI- BAND CONCERT OR FESTIVAL YOU EVER SAW???????

Sometimes, it's not just one great band that's on the bill, sometimes a rock show has 2 or more performers. Sometimes, it's a charity multi-act event. Yet, other times it's a flat-out festival with a long list of performers, Monterey, Woodstock, anyone?

What's your nomination for a multi-act concert, based on your experience being there? Share with the Macca readers.

Watkins Glen: The Grateful Dead, The Band and The Allman Brothers' Band.

Phoenix, Az.: Jefferson Airplane, The Who

Providence Civic Center: Bo Diddley, Ike and Tina Turner and Creedence Clearwater Revival.

I went to Woodstock '99 with 4 buddies. Depsite the heat and the fires, it was still pretty awesome. Recently saw Aerosmith and Lenny Kravitz together -- that was a pretty cool double bill.

The Roskilde Festival 1993: Bob Mould, Neil young, Velvet Underground, Midnight Oil, Antrax etc.

The Sars Concert...Rush,AcDc, Rolling Stones, The Guess Who, The Flaming Lips, The Isley Bros....and many more....hot as hell but they gave out free bottles of water the whole time and the tickets were only 17.50!

The 2004 Bridge School Benefit: Neil Young, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Los Lonely Boys, Eddie Vedder, Sonic Youth, Tony Bennett (who absolutely knocked everyone's socks off) and Paul. Wow. Just wow.
