Well, I think is interesting how they changed themselves look along the years, and we could notice notably between '66 to '67 when John started to wear that famous rounded glasses rim, and all of them with moustaches. But the most remarkable change was in '69 when they let their beards grown.

Well, NITO..those moptops were REALLY different at the time--guys were wearing their hair combed back in the US until then.....BOOM. Hair revolution.....all the way to Pepper. Only old men wore mustaches here before that, in midwestern US. HUGE influence on fashion ect.

I always wondered which Beatle came up with the idea to grow the moustaches. I mean, it was obviously planned. They couldn't have all as individuals just coincidentally decide to grow moustaches. I always felt the moustaches of Pepper was their statement that the "old Beatles" are dead, and thus begins a "new era." Anybody feel the same?
