AHDN DVD

Postby Aujouret » Sun Oct 06, 2002 11:03 am

I was looking at the new AHDN DVD yesterday at Suncoast.
I noticed an interview with Klaus on there.
What had he to do with AHDN?
I mean, I love Klaus and his art, but I was surprized to see an interview with him on that DVD.
I am saving up to buy a DVD player.

Auj---He speaks about the Beatles in 1963 and how they lived etc, right up until the making of HDN in 1964. They actually signed the 3 pic deal in the fall of 1963. Interesting inside info.

YES You must. It is awesome. They are now getting reasonable. One that will do everyhting that you would really want goes for around $100 around here, plus or minus. Great time to buy one.

I read Klaus did the Revolver cover. Also I think he played BASS with Lenons band early 70's.

Yes, you're right, Wings. On both counts. You can hear Klaus's bass playing extensively on the Imagine album. You can also SEE him performing with John on the live tv clip of Instant Karma from 1970. Klaus is a GREAT bass player. I actually visited his website a month or so ago. I'll post the link a little later.
