I got my DVD in the mail today and the video and audio quality are far superior to the laser disc, this alone is worth while but there are extra features such as, a photo section and an extensive biography of Paul right to present including the 2003 tour.

Also convenience factor of being able to navigate the concert instantly is fantastic.

It was a while since I last viewed this tour and it was a pleasure to watch it, especially after a very dissapointing Stone concert in Toronto. Sure, Toronto loves the Stones but AC/DC and the Guess Who, were my highlights of the concert.

Anyone know if this is going to be in 16:9 or 4:3 screen ratio?
I hope it's 16:9.

The one thing that dissapointed me about the BITUS dvd was the 4:3 screen ratio- a real pain in the ass on a 16:9 tv.

Picked it up today at Best Buy. I had burned my VHS copy to DVD but I wanted to have it in 5.1 audio. I hope it sounds good. At least he don't change clothes tru out the same song or stop to have interview segments. A straight forward live concert.

Paul is live is NOT a straight foward concert since the sound is overdubbed from the live cd and the footage is taken from different shows in every song.

Very true, although better than the Flowers tour movie, this one still isnt a staright forward concert. Some people get it confused with a tape that many made of the last show in the US, Charlotte (summer 93). It ran on Fox and everybody taped it, and some folks made DVD's out that show recently (bootleg, of course) and put them on eBay. It's NOT the same as "Paul is Live"....

I actually perfer the 89-90 video just because the live versions on it aren´t the same as on the live album..

WOw! just seen the DVD, and I was VERY hapy to see myself standing front row in the audience, during the Lady Madonna number.
So, now I'm on Get Back and Paul is Live.

Did anyone of you saw yourself on this dvd, or on other ones?
