So...who definitely plays the bass on Golden Slumbers?
what would be the conclusion?
you know what i mean, the DVD part when G P & R are discussing friendly about that. I ask you cos i didnt see it yet, a friend of mine told me how it was. jeje

Since that early version was "live", macca was on piano. I think it was George, but even they don't know, so how would we? Either George or John, and judging from the quality, it has to be George. I think the final version was over-dubbed by Paul. This was only an early version they play on the DVD.

I've read two sources that credit George as the bass guitarist on that track.

MMMM i think it has to be Macca. It´s obviously overdubbed.
that bass is very MAcca ish! you know, George can play the bass very well, but with that style??? mmmmm ive got my doubts...
It seems to be played by a profesional bass player like Macca...
