I'd rather get high with John Lennon whether it would be acid, a toke, or a snort of coke. John would be very fun to get high with.

I'd rather get drunk with Ringo - cause he would have a much better time.

I'd rather converse with George because he was the deepest of the Beatles.

Paul would be good just to informally chat with.

Yoko would be good to talk to on my way out - cause it would be a very short and limited conversation.

Everyone always said that Ringo was the nicest and easiest person to be around. Wonderful sense of humor and lots of fun.
Tom Petty said that he thinks John formed George's personality, therefore George could be "grumpy" as Jeff Lynne says.
However on spiritual matters, George is the man to talk to.
John would much rather watch TV ALONE than party with anyone.
Too insecure, he just wanted to converse with his gophers.
A captive audience.
Paul is always said to be the hardest to get to know, so superficial small talk is certainly possible.
