I think this is from a TV special I remeber watching roundabout 1977 called "Wings Over the World". It was a great special, as I recall. Too bad it's never been available on video, at least not as far as I know.

For me, I often find the behind the scenes stuff more fascinating than the concert footage.

Another great set of Wings videos on YouTube is a Wings concert from November 1975 in Melbourne, Australia. The concert seemed to be in a very intimate environment, almost like the '72 Europe shows.
Jimmy M is like a man possessed in this performance. Spectacular.

For example:
Soily (the first 2+ minutes is just cheering between encores, but it is worth the wait) http://youtube.com/watch?v=DgjOzJVn3SM

Junior's Farm: http://youtube.com/watch?v=awtT5tscgtM

I would love to have this show on DVD. The problem with Macca's recent concert DVD's is the hyperactive editing. I nearly go into a seizure from frenetic editing. It makes them unwatchable, for me. Please, just focus on one thing for more than 1 second.

Wings Over the World was a TV special in 1979, actually, well after the '76 tour. I remember a full page ad for this special in my newspaper when this aired. Alas, it was about 2 or 3 years prior to getting our first VCR.
Here's a bit more info:

"Wings IV introduced Jimmy McCulloch, a spunky lead guitarist with grit, able to spur Paul on unlike any previous soloist. His debut track, the magnificent single `Junior's Farm', stands as one of Wings' finest emotional and technical releases."
