OK...found it. He was interviewed "just recently" by CNN's Charles Feldman about macca being on the plane on 9-11 and what prompted him to write Freedom. They then show him performing the song on tour (with his red tshirt on, and it was so polished, that I'd bet it was footage from the upcoming DVD release), and then showed footage of him at the CFNYC doing Let It Be. At the end, it showed Paul (you could hear the band) rehearsing the song (he was wearing the same grey shirt as he was during the interview), and then they showed pictures of the events of 9-11, while playing the song over top of the footage. It definately was rehearsal stuff and it did sound fresh, and Rusty's guitar did sound nice and funky, especailly the feedback at the end. Paul's voice did sound the way it does sometimes during sound checks, where you can tell he's more worried about getting the band's timing right than delivering a "perfect" vocal line. I'm glad I taped it. Very cool.
