But you gotta vote for these last rounds!

And yes, Egg is highly underrated in my opinion as well. My favorite part of the album is when Reception fades out and then it kicks into Getting Closer. That album just flat out rocks.

Agreed--it is HUGE rocker. Second only to Driving rain in my paint and Budweiser clouded mind.

I don't understand why that album bombed the way it did. It has everything and more on it (After The Ball / Million Miles - oh god, love it) and Steve Holly's the best drummer Wings ever had! Maybe if the Japan tour wasn't such a bust, the line-up would've made more successful albums.

It was still quite popular over here...but not nearly as popular as his previous 2 or 3 were.....considered Maccas serious return to rocking---I agree about Holly being the best Wing's drummer. Too bad the Japan incident aborted the tour. That was a great rockin lineup.

I´m voting to:
"Band On The Run"(ever)
"Venus And Mars"(though I´d want to a draw with "Ram", but V&M brings me good memories of my 14, so that´s a sentimental choice).

Peace.

Len, old boy. You still have not voted in these last rounds. [:D]

Its BOTR or Driving Rain
and Ram or Venus and Mars.

Vote for one each, or we will send the kid from the Omen to be in your class next semester. LOL

BOTR - DR 3-2
RAM - V&M 4-1

We need some more votes, anything is still possible. 5's too little.

Then I have to choose for
Driving Rain and venus and Mars.
though they aren't both my favourite macca albums

Isn't it a better idea if everyone gives his top ten? than you can get a more reliable poll of wich album is the best.

Driving Rain is GREAT as Flaming Pie is excellent but I have to mention that BOTR is the only one that deserved a special anniversary edition after more than 25 years in 1999!! BOTR IS really great to me! But look, I'm not intending to do a campaign for BOTR, it's just my comment!
Each one must have his own opinion, of course!!

Peace.
