Ah, Aujouret is on her box again.
soapbox, I mean.
I just fired off an email to Bill King of Beatlefan.
I suggested that he step down and give the mag to Rick Glover.
He was bashing Paul- AGAIN!!! and whining about the tix prices.
what a poop.

Ah yes, dakota. I bought the new issue of Beatlefan there today. Has Brainwashed on the cover. Mike is a very nice guy. It is always a pleasure to go to Pepperland. However I have to be careful, otherwise I'd spend a fortune!

Sometimes, Ram, ya have to search low and high for these special little places and you may have to drive a long way if you do find them. Or they may be just mail order places. I remember that I used to buy through the Beatles fanzines like Strawberry Fields Forever (RIP dear Joe Pope).

Yeah Auj, Mike is a neat guy. I've conversed with him numerous times. I would spend up to an hour at times in his store just chating about Beatles stuff. I would see him at times at the L.A. Beatle conventions working as a vendor in the flee market. I've spent alot of money at that store. I first started going there in the late 80's when it was at it's first location on Katella Ave. in West Anaheim near Los Alamitos race track. Then it moved to Tustin Ave. in Orange near Chapman Ave. Then about 5 or 6 years ago he moved the store 'bout a mile and 1/2 up the street near Collins St. which is the best location the store has ever had.

Ram, if you ever visit L.A. drive down to Orange County and check this store out. It's awesome for the Beatlemaniac.
