I want to tell her that I love her a lot, but I got to get a belly full of wine.

VERY impressed Paul has really knocked this set list outta the park-

Some comments

Eight Days A Week

Brilliant opener - this one had never occurred to me - but its absolutely brilliant- nice brief instrumental intro- right into the chorus everybody knows.

• Junior's Farm

Love to hear him play this one - I always wondered why this wasn't a regular part of the set with THIS band.

• All My Loving

I'd retire this one... how about The Night Before or Another Girl?

• Listen To What The Man Said
Another fantastic choice - what can you say - its great to hear him play this one again.

• Let Me Roll It
• Paperback Writer

Both of these need to be retired - how about Helen Wheels (which he didn't even do on Over America) and Come and Get It?

• My Valentine
This is such a standard-to-be- I'm good with it being in the set.

• Nineteen Hundred And Eighty Five
Love to hear this one - I sense this may be getting old soon - but for now it seems ripe to me.

• The Long And Winding Road
Meh. I suppose he has to do this one. I'd take Every Night instead.

• Maybe I'm Amazed

He has to do it.

• Hope Of Deliverance
I was glad to see this one - we Americans don't realize this was a HUGE hit everywhere in the world but here.

• We Can Work It Out
• Another Day

Glad to see both of these rolled out again (from the 93 tour).

• And I Love Her
• Blackbird

How 'bout Rocky Raccoon and Mother Nature's Son?

• Here Today
Not sure how I feel about this sticking around - I do like how he is really pushing this as one of his standards- as he should.

• Your Mother Should Know

THE highlight of the night - shocked he pulled this one out -it plays well w/his lower voice.

• Lady Madonna
Meh. Martha My Dear anyone?

• All Together Now
Yes! Another great one - again, we Americans don't get that its a big soccer sing-along everywhere but here.

• Mrs Vandebilt
See 1985 - still liking this one.

• Eleanor Rigby
I think I'd rather hear For No One.

• Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!
• Something

Not gonna criticize this one - inspired choice of Lennon tune - though really, I think I'd love to hear him do Beautiful Boy.

• Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da
• Band on the Run
• Hi, Hi, Hi
• Back in the U.S.S.R.
• Let It Be
• Live And Let Die
• Hey Jude

Here's where we get to the obligatories - thrilled to see Hi Hi Hi in here.

Encore:
• Day Tripper
• Lovely Rita
• Get Back

Second Encore:
• Yesterday
• Helter Skelter
• Golden Slumbers / Carry That Weight / The End

No complaints here - glad to see Helter still in there.

Yeah. His voice sounds pretty good thus far. Nice to see him shake up the setlist. It was getting a little stale.
