Blues & Beatles

Postby NeilR » Thu Oct 13, 2011 5:22 pm

Hello all
My book Blues & Beatles should be in the shops early next week. It's already on Amazon and tomorrow, you can hear an interview I've done for the Followtonians podcast:
http://www.followtonians.com/
I'm also on Blue Watch on BBC Radio Merseyside tomorrow (Friday Oct 14), between 7 and 9pm.
And I've given an interview to www.royalbluemersey.com

So I've been busy!
I hope some of you will be interested in the book. It was a real pleasure to write. Here are links to the Amazon page and facebook site.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blues-Beatles-N ... 1908051124
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Blues-Bea ... 3196911281

There's an interview with Paul McCartney in it!! All about football, music and passing on those passions from father to son....
Thank you!

when all of a sudden, there's a knock at the door and some schmuck is trying to sell you something...

Friends
Were you not a little bit rough towards poor Neil here. Of course he s trying to sell his book in places were he thinks a market exist. I would do the same if I had been the author of the zilliont book with Beatles stories. If someone knock on my door trying to sell somthing I always answer in a firm but mind you polite way. On this pages I don t even have to answer just click to get rid of the stuff I don t like. Anyway I don t have any imediate plan to buy this book. Actually I don t think the worl needs any more books about the fab four. What the world needs is more music fom Macca

i like books. i consider myself an avid reader. when i look to buy a book, i usually go to the place that books gather. i think they might even be in season now. with the upcoming harvest an all. having said that... could be paid for my time i wasted reading about having to go to amazon.

unless...it was a book about an amazonian woman playing football while listening to music
I want to tell her that I love her a lot, but I got to get a belly full of wine.
