Would Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsley work live?

Postby EddieV » Mon Jul 11, 2011 7:46 am

That is the question?? I think it would. Paul could get the audience to sing: Hands Across The Water

Actually this is a request Paul!! :-h

For the new tour I would hope for some setlist changes. I know we can’t expect major changes, and the basic setlist will stay the same – probably for the rest of Maccas touring career. But just minor changes would be good! Uncle Albert could be a nice addition, and so could ‘Backseat of my car’. I’m crossing my fingers for ‘The night Before’ and that ‘Junior’s Farm’ stays in the set. Furthermore, in light of the recently master releases, I think it would be appropriate to throw a couple of tracks of the Mccartney (I + II) albums in there, for instance ‘Every Night’, ‘Maybe I’m Amazed’, ‘Coming Up’ and ‘Waterfall’. Personally, I would love the addition of ‘Listen to what the man said’ – maybe in exchange of ‘Let ‘em in’.

any song work live, just if he took the time to play them. instead of beatle-songs filling half setlists. and songs he's played 1million times already live.
like hey hude/live and let die, just let these songs die, they've been palyed enough.

It would probably be worth the price of admission to hear the audience while singing along attempting to hit those high C's on the word "Hands..."

He has so many songs to choose from that he could change the whole setlist and it would be a fab concert anyway! But he hasn´t got the guts to do that!
