Ram on has one of the most beautiful melodies I have ever heard - spectacular stuff. I love the version(s) on Ram but have a slight feeling that if he had put on some more words maybe some chorus and middleweight this could have been an all time classic. With that said I still like it more than most other melodies. And the words are beautiful to but it s just one phrase. If Lennon had written those lyrics at that time it would have been called poetic, confessional genius whatever but when Macca does it they called it totally different things
