I think having WIX onboard helped convince Paul to do more than just one leg. Wix is a great musician see he was the keyboardist on almost every song during the Queen's Jubilee concert. Quite versatile I'd say.

I have to agree, Brian has done a pretty good job on bass, keeping it so close to the studio version. Band on the Run needs the acoustic, that one thing I didn't like about Wings Over America was that all the guitars were electric, remember Denny's double neck [:)]

Mike, no doubt about the acoustic. That just makes the song for me, and I never liked the live versions of the songs until this year because of it. I see that you are still riding the macca high. There's nothing like it!!

Hey I loved the jam during sgt pepper and the abbey road medly...
That guitar Brian was playing looked interesting .anybody know what it was?? - I thought that was a highlight of the concert....really competing..but of course paul was slightly out of his league with those guys (in the nicest possible way eh ?)

ALso loved it when Rusty collapsed on the floor ..anybody notice that one.

The only guitar I remember is I think A Les-Paul looked Gold in color. Don't know what Bass or ohter guitars he had.
