The insider shouldn't rely on MPL for lap-top support - Jezz? Are you kidding me? Those guys only know copyright law and song writing royalties - they don't know computers. I'd take your phone number off if I were you. You may get some weird phone calls. I get some real strange ones sometimes from irrate fans. At 3am it's not a good thing to wake up to.
