One ticket for St. Paul, MN

Hi, I have a ticket to see Paul at the Xcel Center in St. Paul, MN.
It is section 219, row 2. I paid a little over $100 for this, and
can't use it. I'd like to be able to salvage something from it. Does
anybody know of anybody with some interest in this? If so, please
