5 best songs of all time (non-Macca/non Beatles)

Postby EddieV » Tue Jan 15, 2008 3:43 pm

Alive_Pearl Jam, it has one of the best solos I´ve heard.

A New Day Yesterday_Jethro Tull, what a great song

All Along The Watchtower_Jimi version, but of course it is Dylans song

Foxy Lady_Jimi at his best

The Who_Won´t Get Fooled Again. This song has it all!!!

Very hard!!
Now junior behave yourself

This is just too hard.
5 favorites of mine...but could change in a day.

Tom Petty - The Apartment Song
Nik Kershaw - Wouldnt It Be Good
The Beach Boys - God Only Knows
Neil Young - Four Strong Winds
Duran Duran - Ordinary World

These are just stand out tracks off my of the top of my head.
I know they may not be the greatest songs ever put on record.
My list could change from day to day.
I go back so far... I'm in front of me!

1.-Rocket Man (I think it´s gonna be a long time) by Sir Elton John

2.-Blowin´ in the wind by Bob Dylan

3.-Bohemian rhapsody by Queen

4.-Can´t help falling in love by Elvis Presley

5.-California girls by The Beach Boys

It´s so hard, there are so many great songs. I´d also say She´s like a rainbow by The Rolling Stones, Billie Jean by Michael Jackson, Piano man by Billy Joel, Close to you by The Carpenters, Dancing Queen by Abba...
We can make it to Mexico City...AGAIN!!!!!
