we all know that wings over america is outstanding. arguably the best paul's voice has ever sounded. and wings was probably at its peak as well. but...

the who's live at leeds is still the finest live album i have ever heard.

no shame in finishing behind the who when it comes to live music...they have always been considered the best live act there is...well, at least when they had moonie.

and frampton's live offering while still great...isn't aging so well. i loved the guitar tube thingee (best done by joe walsh) through the mouth...but its sooooo 70's.
I want to tell her that I love her a lot, but I got to get a belly full of wine.

The Who Live At Leeds is certainly a classic..... but what about "A Delicate Sound Of Thunder" by Pink Floyd. Love the video as well purely for the flying bed!

tricky subject for me...the floyd stopped being the floyd (for this reviewer, anyhow) when roger left the band.

It's a matter of horses for courses......I like Floyd better without Roger Waters....and not a huge fan then. :(

Anyway, can't argue with "Live At Leeds"...pure classic. I do really like "Badfinger Live", but I'm just weird that way! "Live At the Star Club" is poorly recorded, but it rips away that old knock on the Lads that they weren't a good live act.
