Dont have one, really, but my LEAST fave is::

C'Mon Eileen-Dexy's Midnight Runners.....

I presume that is meant to indicate they were One-Hit-Wonders in the USA? Because they were quite big over here in the early 80s. Not that I'm hugely into them . . .

In any case, remembering a OHW is a difficult thing in the first place!

As for my fave OHW . . . tough call. Very tough call. I'm not sure I have one. Oh, yes I do!

"Feelings" by Morris Albert.

Also, I do remember liking "I Am The One And Only" by Chesney Hawkes when it came out 11 years ago, and a number of years later, thought, "hey - this guy didn't do anything else!" That's showbiz for 'ya.

One hit wonders?

Vanilla Ice - Vanilla Ice
Oh Donna - Richie Valens (Is he considered a one hit wonder? After all, he died prematurely...)

I remember seeing a show on VH1 that talked about the top 100 one hit wonders, and there was stuff like MC Hammer's "Can't Touch This", the ever annoying "I Want Candy" by someone or other, and "Kung Fu Fighting" by someone else or other...

Well, Valens probably would have gone MUCH further if his life wasn't cut short. Talented dude. Now the Big Bopper on the other hand, was the one-hit wonder out of the group I believe. And Buddy was just a master. It's a shame.
