I'm not sure I care one way or the other. I really liked Guns and Roses back when they had the original lineup. But Axl went loopy. Slash formed a band with ex-gunners and a heroin addict that doesn't show up. I don't know, if the band members don't care enough about the music to release the albums, why should we?

Axl Rose was the man in his day, and no one can ever deny that. But he's way out of his league calling out Scott Weiland. Stone Temple Pilots were one of the best groups to come out in the last 15 years, and they are not given near enough credit for the music they produced. Velvet Revolver is a pretty damn good band as well. Axl is screwed! If and when he ever comes out with this "Chinese Democracy", it better be perfect! After 12 years, we expect nothing less.

Axl Rose had a great voice I think. Looking forward to hear news from Guns.

I "HEARD"that the ridiculously long awaited "Chinese Democracy"(Axl Roses equivlant to Brian Wilsons "Smile") will be released much sooner than later because of an internet leak on some of the tracks.

not sure if its true...who knows....I'm a Slash man anywho!

I'm not really a huge GnR fan, but I did see Slash at a tribute concert for B.B. King in Memphis a few years ago, and he was great. He played right along with Buddy Guy and B.B. Himself and certainly held his own. He earned my respect that night, that's for sure.
And in the end...

Not agreed about Axl's voice. He simply SPOILED Live and Let Die!
