Yep Cricket is my thing as well. I used to play alot and was a pretty fast pace bowler in my day.
I'm a bit of a health freak. I watch what I eat and exercise regularly and do a fairly physical job which keeps me in trim. I manage 500 sit ups most days when I'm in the mood and my six pack is coming on nicely thank you!
