U.K. remasters wiih bonus tracks

Postby DeRick » Thu Jul 26, 2007 6:58 pm

There would no need for "Past Masters". I know itd seem strange to have "Hey Jude" on White Album, but im OK with it.
"Beatles for Sale" could have "I Feel Fine" & "She's a Woman", "Help!" could have "Bad Boy", "I'm Down" & "Yes it Is", "Rubber Soul" could have "Day Tripper" & We Can Work it Out" etc..
Wadya think?

Ok, for me. No problem with that.

But I love both Past Masters! :D

I don't like that idea. For us, it wouldn't matter all that much. But for new fans, it would totally change their perspective of the albums. For instance, how many people now who buy Press To Play for the first time think that Write Away, Tough On A Tightrope and It's Not True are part of that album?? Way too many!

My "Ram"CD has "Another Day" & "Oh Woman, Oh Why" and
London Town with "Mull of Kintyre" & "Girlsschool", so why not do that with The Beatles?
Even "McCartney 2" with "Goodnight, Tonight" of all things

Sounds like a good idea DeRick and cheaper for us Beatles fans but I would prefer to see the Mono versions on the same CD which wouldn't leave much room for bonus tracks unless they made each release a double of course!!
