We are all agree about that this is a AWESOME album and it´s their biggest selling :? and so on. But it could have been just a little better if "few songs" was excluded instead of other I think.

You can't do that, as "the few songs that people would exclude" are all different tracks to different people, that's what makes the White Album so great - it challenges the listener and commits them to draw their line in the sand. So you get people who don't like Revolution 9, people who don't like Happiness Is A Warm Gun, people who don't like Helter Skelter, it's so diverse, it's brilliant the way it is. And if you don't like that, then f*** off, as Paul would say!
I needed comfort of love just to get me some piece of mind.. wo-oh

Of course you can open it anytime my friend...case closed just about Rev9. As for the best Paul´s work in the album, I reckon as best, "Martha My Dear", "Mother Nature´s Son" and "Back In The USSR".

I agree with MMD and BITU, Helter Skelter is maybe my fave. I think obladi oblada is a bit fuzzy and slovenly but of course harmless and fun.
