I have two copies of Introducing the Beatles LP.
One is on V-jay label with the multicolored band around a black label.
The jacket lists track 6 on side A as Ask Me Why
and track 1 on side B as Please Please Me
So they are on that record.
The album itself lists Love Me Do as track 6 on side A
and P.S. I love you as track 1 on side B
The jacket is correct so Love me do and ps i love you are not on the record.
The other copy of the album is also on V-jay with an all black label and the jacket and the album itself list the same songs
and Track 6 on side A is Love Me Do
and Track 1 on side B is P.S. I Love You.
I know these are not originals as they are Stereo records but they were purchased around the same time as the single above, 1973.
Anyone else familiar with this oddity?
Anyway, I really enjoy the albums, I love "There's a Place"
