Where´s Billy lately?? Is he on activity??? I ever wanted to know why did he work with John, George and Ringo but not with Paul...was that kinda incompatibility between both of them??

Well Steve, I guess could had be nice if he had worked with Billy, he has a classy keyboard lines..."Get Back" lines are remarkable ever.

I agree. He's a great musician. He's just haunted by a lot of personal demons. He had a lot of problems in the '90s. (Morals charges, drug charges, etc.) That's why he hasn't been very active lately.

Preston's also worked with Clapton.

Clapton has commented that the great thing about Billy is he has "perfect taste". In other words, he immediately knows exactly what to play to fit the song, the style, etc.

I liked very much Preston´s perform on "Get Back" on the Sgt.Pepper movie(that one of Peter Frampton and The Bee Gees), very funky perform...

Just watched Beatles anthology DVD today where's Billy Preston with them. He plays fantastic solo in Get Back. Just listen only how he begins it, faboulos 8)
