Allen Klein died today(July 4th) at the age of 77 in NYC.

This sums it up pretty nicely...certainly a cousin to "How Do You Sleep", but with a different groove, and great lyrics...love the stark version on "Menlove Avenue" too with the great lost improved verse that goes something like..."There you stand with your toliet set, and your Mickey Duck & your Donald ***censored***."...hilarious, but I see why he left it out of the finished version. I do love this track...Blessings!!
