Postby EddieV » Thu Aug 11, 2005 8:16 am

I was wondering if you think that Paul makes to many charyties apperances. Should he make more?? And are the ones he is doing they the right ones ?? Why is he doing them, to satisfy his ego or is he truly engaged in the matters?

He has done a great work for animals, landmines and he´s member of the the peace-front in Palestina. Without that he gave many millions of pound to the accident in december 2004. Well, he still have a lot of money to help people around the world, but compared to many other artists I think he has given a good help.
You must appreciate the day...

There is a great amount of charity and donations that they have done over the years and have kept it anomynous. He has never been the type to brag about what contributions and charities he gives money to. There are some that are very public.

[ he´s member of the the peace-front in Palestina.

Could you please show me the source of this very interesting piece of information?

And what do you mean "Palestina" anyway? This country's name is Israel (I should know as I happen to live in it).

If Henry the Horse was German, I'd say it means "silent" (from our word "stumm" = "mute", y'see); now him not being German, I'm slightly non-plussed too...
It's the start of a journey
To a much better place
And this wasn't bad
So a much better place
Would have to be special...

No doubt, McCartney has given millions to different charities but has kept it anonymous.

No I don't think that he does too much....good for him, he is in a position where he can make a differance toward issues that mean alot to him.
I go back so far... I'm in front of me!
