Oh brother... A trip to the zoo?? Really? A message board is a place for people to post their opinions. I have done this, and it is your right to disagree. But please....

If you disagree with me, then post a response or a counter-argument like Mike did. Don't tell me to write about trips to the zoo, and birthday presents.... I think if Bea were to read this, then she would be old enough and intelligent enough to not care what my opinion is.

Quite an interesting read. The first real evidence of court documents. There is a great deal of personal information that is now public that concerns me, particularly Paul past, recent and current security arrangements.

Regarding his lack of security? But that's the way he chooses to live, and he didn't object to this being published. I think he's quite safe, the doc. doesn't give too much away to any would-be maniac.

Interesting to see him admit that he makes tour money off the back of Beatles/Wings songs, and not the new stuff.

I think you're forgetting something here - whether we like it or not, Heather is Beatrice's mother. I think we all agree we don't want her to take Bea anywhere far away, so she'll always have to be around, to some extent...

the libel trial is probably the one between one leg and the news of the word after they called her a liar and exposed her past as a hooker and porn star.
now that the judge has called her a liar will she sue him as well?
the official ruling is a great read so far every one of her claims have been exposed as a lie.
If as it says she didn't give any money to charity is that obtaining money by deception add to the contempt of court throwing water over Paul's lawyer which could also be seen as assault I think heather could be in deep trouble.
Hope they lock her up for a long time.

Regarding the settlement---macca will get that and more back onto his books before the 1st leg of the next tour is done.

I agree with the amount. Heather and Beatrice's amounts do seem low. But I understand exactly what macca's intentions are.
See, I have an ex-wife who reminds me alot ot Heather. A manipulative, loud mouthed, self-gratifying "B" who would have been just as likely to spend the kids' child support on herself as she would on the kids. So I fought for the lowest child support amount possible. She was outraged at the settlement, claiming I was short-changing the kids, when actually she was pissed that she would have practically nothing to spend on herself. Now, -I- am free to provide for my kids as -I- see fit.......well beyond the child support and it all comes from ME. And if she wants to buy herself a new pair of shoes, she can pay for them out of the money she earns at work. I saw to it that she controls as little of my money as possible.
I believe this is macca's plan, as well.

BTW, Heather: YOU weren't the STAR on Dancing With The Stars......your leg was.

I agre with Mike here - Heather has made some not so clever steps in public during this process but still none of us here knows her or Paul in private. I admire Paul the artist - the private person Paul I don t know. What I do know is that he by his own free will married and had children togehter with H and divorces can be dirty business with or without money. The way some people on this board makes Paul a sait and H a witch is disgusting and extremely unintelligent.
Let s hope this is over now
