U.S. TV appearances????

Okay, the lack of announced U.S. TV appearances to promote MAF is starting to get downright bizarre. There have been rumors of "Good Morning America" on Thursday, but I've seen no official confirmation on Paul's site or elsewhere. He's gotta be on national TV at least once -- preferably more -- to debut in the top 5. And yeah, I know everyone says sales don't matter, but I'd really like to see MAF be a hit. Anyone got news?
