Good question...
Part of me would want to say something completly caddy, on the other hand, I would probably ask her how the baby was and not mention Paul. I'm afraid if I did, I would get kicked off the plane for getting a bit snappy. Besides, their relationship is really none of my business even though I care about Paul.
