Macca concert on German TV

I've been told that sometime last week there was a broadcast of a Macca concert on German TV (Südwest 3). It must have been one of the BITUS tour because apparently Tom Cruise was in the audience. I missed it and I'm SO CROSS because not only did I miss Macca but Tom Cruise as well Has anyone by any chance seen this and maybe even taped it?

Or was it just the concert bits (properly speaking, not the chats, etc.) that come on the BITUS DVD? (In which case I could stop being ANGRY)

it was about exactly a week ago on 3sat. ca one hour lenght. I don't have BITUS, but there weren't alot of chats. but someone, who has BITUS, told me, that there was a concert thatw as noct in america, so it's also not on BITUS, but I'm not sure. I don't know, if you know "paul mccartney in concert" from ZDF, but there wasn't a big difference to that.
(wieso hab ich mich jetzt eigentlich auf englisch rumgequält? interessiert doch eh keinen der nicht-deutsch-sprechenden oder? naja... zu spät.... gute nacht!)

I think it is been shown before, I have it on tape from ZDF and that´s a couple of months ago, as good as I remember.

maybe they sent it more than once? how about that?
Because last week or so there was this "pop around the clock" on 3 sat I tihnk. So they showed many concerts

Thanks a lot for the info, even though it means I have to keep being ANGRY. I'll check out my TV guide a bit better next time. I hope you're right and they'll broadcast it again soon. Do you think you could send me a copy of your tape, BPF, just in case? Of course I would pay you for it - as you know a bank transfer within the EU these days is no problem at all.

I thought the same - why am I not posting this in German, but as you can see (BPF is living proof of that) German TV can be received outside of Germany as well. TV is getting more and more international - actually my kids sometimes have to watch their animation programmes in French these days because we don't get either the German or the Spanish ones.

You COULD do it via PC, but you need capturing software, etc etc. I think CG was asking that you send her a copy of your Video Tape, (by copying from the orig tape, onto another tape, which would be in a 2nd VCR) and that she would pay for the tape and the postage.
