Stev, the story I relayed about Paul's desire to get the credits changed was directly from Paul during an interview. I don't remember who the interview was with, but I saw it not that long ago. I don't remember the entire interview, but I know his interest in getting the credits changed stemmed from his seeing John as composer of Hey Jude and I'm almost positive he said he went to Yoko asking for ALL of his songs to be credited as McCartney/Lennon. Perhaps after she refused his original request, he tried to get the credits changed on just Yesterday.

Hey guys, you better sit down - I like the lyrics!! Can't wait to hear the melody. Paul did say he asked Y to change the credit on Yesterday. As I've said before, I don't think she has that option just as he doesn't. It's a legal thing set up over 35 years ago and can't be changed. I wish Paul would calm down and stop being so paranoid and neurotic. Everyone in the world knows which Beatles songs he wrote!!! It doesn't matter whose name is where. He still gets paid and we all know why.

Yoko should stick to art and out of the music biz. I was jarred when I saw those glasses on the album cover and thought she'd gone too far.

Julian should grow up. Life's too short to keep thinking all those negative thoughts. So his dad was a ***censored*** to him and his stepmom is mean. Welcome to the world. My dad died when I was 8. I have maybe 2 photos of him. Julian is nearly as old now as when John died.

But Julian I think is moving past it, you can hear it in his song's. He probably wants to strangle yoko, and I don't blame him. He has never truly made a media statement saying that he hated yoko, but you know the poor guy does.

Yes he shouldn't hold grudges, and negativity is just wrong, but like anyother kid who has an ***censored*** father that you know he truly loved, Julian has his issues.

I think the guy realy just wanted to know his dad.
