Anybody knows what was the track-list for this 2005 Ringo single? (I'm not sure if it was an official single or just a promo but I'd like to know)

I have the video for this and here in the UK he did appear on TV promoting it as a new single around Oct 2005 but it never materialised for whatever reason....lack of album sales perhaps!!
