How many of us buy Ringo discs?

Postby Lazarus_2 » Wed Apr 18, 2007 8:49 am

I buy them... Nowadays...

edit: Can't seem to vote, hmmm.

Ringo is great!

His last 4 or so records have been right up there with McCartneys releases within' the same time periods.

Cept' with Chaos of course, that was pure pwnage.

I've got a few but the thing I love most about Ringo is seeing him LIVE. He is a great entertainer and a way better singer than I had thought...He's also the funniest person who is constantly interacting with the crowd...Very quick witted and NEVER at a loss for words.

p.s. Oops...Left out fantastic drummer also !

It seems that I can't vote either... :(
But as a collector, I feel I have to buy Ringo's CD's (have 'em all, even the ltd. edition ones with DVDs).
I have to admit that when I buy a new release from Ringo, I sometimes do not play it right away... But I always play them at least once.
From his recent releases, Time takes time, Vertical man, Ringo-rama and Choose love all had good tracks on them. The All-Starr CDs and DVDs are fun to play to remind myself of the shows I saw. But I always love to play the VH1 Storytellers CD. Can't wait for the DVD !
Remember that Ringo is the only solo Beatle to release a proper Xmas record !

I used to buy Ringo's albums but stopped a few years ago, because I realized that I never listened to them (Um- sorry Ringo.)
