Ringo quits Roundheads

Former Beatle Ringo Starr has pulled out of his rock band The Roundheads.
The megastar drummer formed the band in 1998 with guitarist Mark Hudson, and they released his very personal album Ringo Rama in 2003.
But after nearly a decade, the Back Off Boogaloo star is moving on.
He says, "I've parted company with The Roundheads. That's all over. Change is a little weird but these are exciting times."
Ringo and Hudson did finish up an album together, but Ringo's going to be working with Dave Stewart in the future.

He's the songwriter for the Eurythmics...also plays guitar AND is Annie Lennox's husband or at least once was.
