Ringo On Letterman

Postby 2 of 3 » Sun Jun 12, 2005 7:29 pm

Thursday night. I hope he does a song. Last time he was on, he promised to play with the band...which would be interesting since a few of the lateshow band members are in a Beatles tribute band. :)

I'll try to catch that. I wish I could go to one of the two shows he's playing in North America this year. (NYC and Chicago) From what I understand it's all Ringo. (No All-Starr)
And in the end...

I sat through Bill Clinton and was very dissappointed that Ringo got squeezed. They just played "Choose Love" at the very end of the show and before the song finished it was cut off, no interview or nothing. Good Morning America was much better.

See MACCAnews for a photo gallery from the GMA appearance.

It wasn't cut off on the channel I watched Mike, though it does happen a lot because of the channel shifting when a Canadian channel is carrying a US show...drives me nuts actually. But you're right, Clinton took up most of the show....and I know how much you like Clinton. :P

Actually enjoyed some of what he had to say. I like the joking around regarding he new best friend HW Bush.

I watched it on US channel. GMA was much nicer to Ringo :)
