Having heard it now.
It's at least as good as Time Takes Time, only more modern.
Even has a song from Time Takes Time era, Everyone Wins.

macca should be more involved in his next one.
i dunno why they choose not to be more involved in each others works,
they seem to mostly stand-back and let each other do what they want mostly,
are they afraid if they become more involved together in the studio their freindships will become fragmented
or just afraid of people calling it a new beatles album if they are both on all tracks on a new record??

it's always just a tease with these two.

EDIT 1:
I think it was a mistake to release Walk With You as the first single.
Unless Ringo really intends to ramp-up the advert-campaign,
and then can release Y-Not as a single.
