George Solo Song Survivor Round 1 Group 2

Postby Brainwashed » Sun Jan 27, 2008 1:21 pm

RULES: During each round, we will each cast our vote for which song should be eliminated. Whichever song gets the most votes will NOT continue into the next round. The game will end when we have reached the final song, the ultimate survivor of the Harisson songs. You are only allowed to vote off one song each round. In case of a tie there will be a sudden death overtime that will only include the songs that were tied. The overtime round will only stay open for a 24-hour window. There will be no George Beatle songs or Traveling Wilburys.

First of all I would like to thank everyone here in MaccaCentral who participated in the George game, and hope this game continues to succed in the future here.

Zig Zag...but I do actually like this little b-side, and I also like "It's Johnny's Brithday", and "I Dig Love" will likely be getting the ax next. There are a couple faves here that I hope win. Blessings!

I think that the list published for George Harrison singles is wrong. If you double check it with some other sources I'll think you'll see it's off...the writer of the list even says he hasn't heard alot of the songs...not surprising since many of them weren't officially released; and some I'm not sure if they've even been bootlegged. I love "Sunshine Life For Me (Sail Away Raymond)" and I'd love to hear a George version though! Still thanks for doing all the work that makes these little sonic games good fun for all! Blessings!
