Songs that should have been on the tribute concert

Postby Helter Skelter » Thu Nov 27, 2003 6:05 am

IMO they should have had some more songs that were forgotten.. Instead of maybe having such a long indian section they could have done 3-4 more of Georges songs.. these are the ones I would have liked to hear:

What is life
I me mine
It´s all too much
If not for you (Should have been sung by Dylan, where was he???)
Crackerbox palace

And it would have been cool to see someone sing Love you too, with the indian musicians backing up.

Paul and Ringo doing "When we was Fab" would have been a nice touch.

Dylan was on tour in Australia.

Savoy Truffle would have been cool.[8D]

Yeah, Savoy Truffle and It´s All Too Much ! Great choices !
Also: Devil´s Radio (from Cloud 9), Crackerbox Palace (From 33 1/3) would have been great IMHO. [:)]

I was actually very happy with the set list, and i don't know if i would have changed a thing.

I guess I'd not change a thing, but I'd add some more songs to the set. I wonder how long the set was - perhaps two hours ? If so I think that there would be room for another half-hour or so...the more the merrier, to celebrate George ! [:)]
