George....and Cat?

I've been away AGAIN! I had to reload all my passwords again.
I was watching some interviews on YouTube with Olivia Harrison. They were talking about his search for God & the meaning of life. That brings to my mind another singer/songwriter who had that same search, but unfortunatly chose Islam.

Now before i continue let me clear one thing up:
Cat Stevens sang "Father & Son" about...well read the title.
Harry Chaffin sang "Cat's In The Cradle", a song about a father & son.
CAT STEVENS NEVER SANG "CAT'S IN THE CRADLE".
Alot of people make that mistake and it grates on my nerves!

Cat has been one of my favorite singer/songwriters. But everytime i hear him, his lyrics, they just remind me of George.
Is anyone else here like Cat Stevens? His songs kinda reflect a similar feeling as Georges song do. Check these out:

Actually it's Harry Chapin.

But still, "Cat's in the Cradle" is a great song. Interesting - I didn't know anybody ever thought it was Cat Stevens. Now that you mention it though, I could hear Cat singing it. Would've made a good cover.

I'm a huge fan of Cat Stevens. I've always loved his music, and yes, it does remind me a little of George.
