I agree there wouldn't be much Beatles stuff. I reckon Help would be in there as he always was positive about that one. I also agree it would be Double Fantasy heavy and a few from his "forthcoming" album Milk and Honey.

Anyway here's my guesses (wishes!):

Just Like Starting Over
Instant Karma
Oh Sanity (Yoko)
Steppin' Out
I'm Losing You
Help
I Know I Know
Beautiful Boy
Hard Times are Over (Yoko)
Mind Games
Woman
Imagine
Across The Universe (another one he said he always had liked)
Watching the Wheels
I Wanna Hold your Hand (I read him say in later life he'd like to revisit this and get back to its bluesy sound it had when Paul and him originally came up with it)
Kiss Kiss Kiss (Yoko)
Cold Turkey
Sister O Sisters or Born In a Prison (Yoko)
Whatever Gets You Throught the Night

Encore:
Stand By Me
Be Bop a Lula
(Possibly I Saw Her Standing There - one of Pauls he always liked and had done live with Elton John)
Give Peace a Chance
